1 when you come out of Dalston Kingsland Overground station turn left

2 walk along the pavement to the first bus stop .

3 You can get the

4 get off the bus at the Amhurst road bus stop , you will see a large former mosque on your left .

5 cross the road toward the two Restaurants

6 turn right before the dury cafe on to foulden road

7 walk down foulden road till you see the low brown fence on your right

8 turn right toward the black door ( it may be open) this is the entrance to the Total Refreshment centre ( TRC)

9 walk up the stairs

10 turn right at the top of the stairs and walk through the white door and then turn left.

11 walk through the white door ( doors are kept close to reduce sound).

12 walk along the corridor .

2 brown doors

13 walk through the brown doors on your right.
